3.2. By completing a reservation, the User enters into a direct contractual relationship with the Boat Provider. SaltyBooker.com acts solely as an intermediary and is not a contractual party to the boat rental agreement.

3.3. Information on boats, availability, and pricing is provided by the Boat Providers themselves. Boat Providers are fully responsible for ensuring that all information is accurate, complete, and up to date. SaltyBooker.com does not guarantee the accuracy of such information.

4. User Obligations

4.1. Users must provide true, accurate, and complete information when using the Platform and making reservations.

4.2. Users agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to fraudulent bookings, unauthorized use of payment methods, or attempts to disrupt the Platform's operation.

4.3. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable maritime regulations, licenses, and safety rules when using a rented boat.

5. Prices and Payments

5.1. Unless stated otherwise, all prices displayed on the Platform are per boat, per rental period, and include applicable VAT and taxes.

5.2. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

5.3. Boat Providers may require partial or full prepayment to secure a reservation. Payment and cancellation terms are specified during the booking process and in the confirmation email.

6. Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds

6.2. Some reservations may be non-refundable or subject to specific restrictions. These conditions are communicated during the booking process.

6.3. Failure to pay outstanding amounts on time, invalid payment details, or insufficient funds may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

6.4. In case of disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, the applicable Boat Provider's policy shall prevail.

7. Insurance and Safety

7.1. Boat Providers are responsible for ensuring that boats are adequately insured. The details of insurance coverage must be provided to the User upon request.

7.2. Users are responsible for meeting the necessary requirements (e.g., valid skipper license if bareboat charter, compliance with safety instructions, navigation laws, and local regulations).

7.3. SaltyBooker.com is not liable for accidents, damages, injuries, or losses occurring during the rental period.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Reviews and User Content

11.2. SaltyBooker.com's liability, if established, shall be limited to the total cost of the reservation in question.

12. Force Majeure

12.1. Neither SaltyBooker.com nor the Boat Provider shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, pandemics, or power/network failures.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia.

13.2. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Zagreb, Croatia.

13.3. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall remain unaffected.
